DIANE MENIST
Professional Fiduciary and Supportive CAre for Older Adults
Welcome and thanks for stopping by.
Whether you or a loved one are preparing for or are living the final season of life, we’re here to help. We will work with you to make and carry out plans for the best possible care according to your wishes and needs.
Some of the ways we can help is by: managing bill pay, personal and real property; selection and management of caregivers; acting as your power of attorney for health care or finance; creation of legacy projects to leave for family members; assistance with end of life care arrangements.
In addition, as a professional fiduciary, we may also serve as a trustee for your trust, executor for your estate or as a court-appointed conservator or guardian.
We collaborate with your family, friends, accountants, attorneys and financial advisors to ensure peace of mind during the aging process and end of life. If you need financial professionals, attorneys, or in-home caregivers, we can help you find and evaluate ones that may be right for you.
As we near the end of life, we may spend our time connecting with those close to us, creating closure and expressing gratitude. However, it can also be a challenging time, where difficult emotions may arise on top of all of the tasks that need to be done.
We’re here to help you and your loved ones with practical and supportive approaches.

ensure peace of mind during the aging process and end of life.

About Diane
Principal - Diane Cameron Menist
Professionally, I bring more than 20 years of experience as a supervisor of women’s health and cancer care programs to assist individuals and families navigating this time of life. Additionally, for 10 years I provided administrative and consulting support for my husband’s private fiduciary business.
Personally, I’ve been a caregiver over the years for several family members, including my husband. After my husband’s death a few years ago I wanted to bring these skills and experience to help others facing similar situations.
Serving as a trusted referral source, patient navigator, advocate and caregiver / member, I am familiar with health care systems including Kaiser, the Veterans Administration health care and private not-for-profit health care systems.
I am a licensed, professional fiduciary, practicing in the state of California, serving San Francisco, Marin and Los Angeles Counties. I am also a National Certified Guardian (NCG) through the Center for Guardianship.
To learn more about the challenges of illness and end of life care, I’ve completed death doula training for people and companion animals through the University of Vermont, grief educator training with David Kessler, and navigation training through George Washington University.
As a life-long learner, I stay current with continuing education in health care, financial and legal matters.
